Following the resignation of Jan Zwar, Deputy Director of the IUEU, Dr Bert Peeters, Senior Lecturer and Head of French Studies at Macquarie University, has joined the IUEU Centre as the Acting Co-Director of the Centre’s Macquarie hub. Bernadette Maher will be the hub’s Acting Project Manager until the end of November 2007. Bernadette comes with many years of experience in a range of education and training positions in Australia and internationally, and she will manage the hub’s day-to-day activities.
