Dr Jose Pablo Alzina, Cultural Attaché, Spanish Embassy gave a seminar about “The Citizenship Rights of Latin American Indians under Spanish Rule” on 28 May at Macquarie University. Students of a new undergraduate unit in “Citizenship: Past, Present, Global” were particularly invited, and also academics who are collaborating on a Macquarie-funded research project about citizenship.
